This clock is equipped with two separate movements: the main clock is updated daily by Station WWVB syncing with the National Atomic Clock in Colorado for unmatched accuracy. The lower LCD panel operates on an accurate quartz movement and can be set to display a second time zone or military time (24-hour format). Alternatively the LCD can be used as an information center showing the month day date and indoor temperature. Powered by one AA battery for the clock and one AAA battery for the info center (both not included) it offers classic style and modern functionality in a compact size.
